About Title I
The Title I program currently in operation in Creek Valley Public Schools provides services for grades kindergarten through sixth in the areas of reading and math. There is one full-time Title I teacher on staff at the elementary site, Mrs. Nordyke and one part-time Title I teacher on staff at the middle school site. Both in-class and pull out models are used as deemed appropriate by the Title I teacher and classroom teacher. Students qualify for services based on a multidimensional Greatest Needs Assessment. The Title I grant is administered by the Title I Cooperative at ESU #13 in Sidney. The grant was determined using free lunch and milk data. Creek Valley qualifies as a Targeted Assistance School.
